Today we released our Reports and other documents relating to our 2020 Special Annual Congress and details of our ‘virtual’ 2020 Special Annual Congress.

2020 Special Annual Congress

Notice is given that the 2020 Judo NSW Special Annual Congress will be held as a virtual meeting, which will be conducted online on Sunday 11 October 2020, starting at 9.00AM (Sydney time)Please click here to register for the meeting.  Please register online by midnight Wednesday 7 October to confirm your attendance at the 2020 Annual Congress.

There will not be a physical venue for Judo NSW members to attend. This approach is in line with temporary amendments to the AGM requirements in Australia and current regulatory guidance given the uncertainty and potential health risks associated with large gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members will be able to participate in the meeting, ask questions and vote in real time using a computer or mobile device via the Zoom online platform.

Information on how to participate in the 2020 Special Congress is provided in the Final Notice of Meeting (Click here to view and download) and further details are available at our 2020 Special Congress registration site.

Questions from Members

Judo NSW Members will have the opportunity to ask questions at the Annual Congress via the Zoom chat function and live text facility.

Members who prefer to register questions in advance, are invited to submit questions in advance on the basis that the questions are relevant to the content of the reports and updates and financial statements and other documents (eg Constitution) to be considered at the Annual Congress.  All questions need to be submitted by email before Wednesday 7 October 2020.

The Chair will endeavour, during the course of the Annual Congress, to address the themes most frequently raised in the submitted questions. Please note that individual responses will not be sent to Judo NSW Members.
