DESCRIPTION:Judo Coach Accreditation Course\nSunday 11th February – 9am – 1pm\nAssistant\, Judo Coach & Senior Coach Levels\nNSW State Training Centre\nREGISTER HERE – https://www.revolutionise.com.au/judonsw/events/220753/ \nThis course is designed for new and existing Coaches (including NCAS Coaches) to gain or update their accreditation. \nThis course will include the following three (3) levels: \n\nAssistant Coach (1 Day) – Coaches children and beginners under the guidance of a Club Coach (Min Age 16 yrs & Min Grade – Senior Blue Belt)\nCoach Judo (1 Day) – Coaches and conducts Judo sessions at club level across a range of athlete abilities (Min Age 18 yrs & Min Grade – Senior Brown Belt)\nSenior Judo Coach– Coaches with experience coaching club and state level Judoka across a range of age groups and abilities (Min Age 18 yrs & Min Grade – Shodan)\n\nApplicants need to complete the following theory components prior to attending the practical course: \nAssistant Coach \n\nCommunity Coaching- Essential Skills\nHeads Up Online Course\n\nCoach Judo \n\nCommunity Coaching- Essential Skills\nHeads Up Online Course\nASADA Level 1 Anti-Doping Online Education\n\nSenior Coach \n\nHeads Up Online Course\nASADA Level 1 Anti-Doping Online Education\nPlay by the Rules Online Courses (Child Protection and Harassment and Discrimination)\nASC Intermediate Coaching General Principles – This is delivered through the State or Territory Departments of Sport and Recreation and Judo Australia. It is delivered either online or face to face (varied prices depending on delivery method). NSW Office of Sport (Face to Face and Online).  Note – additional course fees apply for this Intermediate Coaching General Principles course.\n\nAll coaches also need to bring (or provide prior) the following to the course: \n\nCopy of current WWCC clearance letter and/or details.\nCopy of current First Aid Certificate\nCompleted coaches log book and/or details of current actual coaching hours.\nLesson plan for a 10 minute warm-up and cool-down (to be handed in)\nLesson plan to teach a tachiwaza and newaza skill (to be handed in)\n\nAll coaches will need to fully participate on the day.  This will include demonstration in the technical component. \nCourse Fees – $100 \nAll Entries Close on Friday 17th November 1:00PM. \nSpace is limited to 10 Coaches. \nFurther Enquiries: \nCourse Content – Ivica Pavlinic Judo NSW Coach Accreditation Co-ordinator  \nCourse Registration – Judo NSW
