Item 13) \n13.1 Eligibility for participation at the Annual General Meeting is based on: \n\nbeing a current:\n\nRepresentative of a Member Club; or\nLife Member of Judo NSW\n\n\nAs of:\n\n30 July prior to the Annual General Meeting\n\n\nAnd an independent scrutineer appointed to peruse the eligible member clubs.\n\n13.2 Eligibility to observe at Annual General Meeting is based on: \n\nbeing a current:\n\nIndividual Member; or\nAssociate Member of Judo NSW\n\n\n\nThe AGM shall have the power to elect officers and deal with any other matter that conforms with the Constitution and the Act.
