Shire Judo (Formerly Sutherland Judo) is winner of the Judo NSW Inspired Club of the Year 2016 award. Judo is a practical martial art centered around throwing and submitting your opponent. Shire Judo is a very welcoming club and we are happy to show you what judo is all about.
