2026 Judo NSW AGM Prelim Notice

Date:              Sunday 25th October 2026

Time:             Online Registration from 6.30pm – Public Officer will note attendance AGM commences at 7pm.

Location:      On-line Zoom Meeting Only.

3. Minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and business arising
4. Chair Report
5. FY26 Financial Statements & Auditors Report
6. Other Reports
7. Special Resolution – Any Items to be received by Saturday 26^th September 2026
8. Election of Directors

In accordance with Rule 46.3(c) of the Judo Federation of Australia (NSW) Inc Constitution, nominations are called for the following positions falling vacant at the AGM;

1. 3 Female Elected Director Positions
2. 1 Male Elected Director Position

Nominations must be in written form, submitted by an Individual Member or Member Club and signed as seconding the nomination of an Individual Member. Clubs and/or Members nominating for a vacancy and/or seconding the nomination must be current financial members of Judo NSW.

Nominations for the election of Directors are to be submitted by 5pm, Saturday 26^th September 2026, being thirty (30) clear days prior to the AGM.

9. Items Submitted

In accordance with Rule 46.3(a) and 46.3(b) of the Judo Federation of Australia (NSW) Inc Constitution, Member Clubs are hereby called to submit items for the agenda.

Items submitted may be:

1. Discussion Items – Can be in any form (word document, email etc), submitted by an Individual Member or Member Club, and related to the business of Judo NSW and its Members and The purpose of such an item will be to gain clarification and/or to generate a Motion. Clubs and/or Members submitting a discussion item must be current financial members of Judo NSW.
2. Motions – Must be in written form (word document), submitted by an Individual Member or Member Club and signed as seconding the motion by another Individual Member or Member Club. Clubs and/or Members submitting a motion and/or seconding the motion must be current financial members of Judo NSW.
