2025 Judo NSW Community Series Event 2
The Judo NSW Community Series returns for 2025 with two huge events planned for September 21st and November 9th at Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope Gardens. This series is designed to give our Judoka a fun and relaxed competition experience and to encourage the development and growth of all areas of Judo, both on and off the mat.

WEIGH-INs
ALL ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR WEIGHT UPON ENTRY AND AND OFFICIAL WEIGHT ON FRIDAY 7th NOVEMBER
**UPON ENTRY** – Players MUST submit an ‘indicative’ weight to 1 decimal place** i.e actual weight on day of entry.
**OFFICIAL WEIGH IN** – Competitors MUST also take their weight (to 1 decimal place) ON FRIDAY 7th NOVEMBER and submit this weight [email protected] by 6PM.
ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SUBMIT AN OFFICIAL WEIGHT BY 6PM MAY BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE COMPETITION.
Random Weight Checks will be carried out at the event.
Estimated START TIME 8:30am for MONS – ARRIVE AT 8AM

EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEES BEFORE MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 2nd NOVEMBER
MONS – $25
U11, U13, U15s – $35
Cadets and Above – $40 for first division
$20 per additional division
ENTRY FEES AFTER MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 2nd NOVEMBER – ALL ENTRY FEES $50 per division
< ENTRIES CLOSE MIDNIGHT TUESDAY 4th NOVEMBER 2025 – THERE WILL BE NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED >
Please note: Only Registered Members of Judo NSW or other affiliated JFA States are eligible to compete in the Community Series Events
Medals will be awarded in all divisions.
