BIG NEWS EVERYONE!!! We are delighted to announce that Alessandro (Sandro) Piccirillo will be joining us on the mats this coming Thursday (9/11/17) for a judo masterclass! Sandro is a 6th Dan Italian judoka and coach to Fabio Basile (u66kg) and Odette Giufrida (u52kg) who respectively claimed Gold and Silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics for Italy. Sandro has also coached Giuseppe Maddaloni, who claimed Gold at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. This successful track record is undoubtedly testimony to his stellar talents as a specialist in technical advisory and development. We are extremely grateful to have him at the club, sharing his wealth of knowledge and inspiring our judokas.

All club members please join us this Thursday for an unforgettable training session!

There is no greater joy than seeing our kids grow in skill, confidence, respect and friendship through judo. Our kids classes are designed for children aged 5 and up, focusing on developing coordionation, safety skills such as rolls and break falls, as well as technical aspects of the sport such as throws and hold downs. This is achieved through a variety of games and exercises carefully designed by our instructors to guarantee fun and safety.
