2018 Judo NSW Event Calendar

In 2018 there will be 25+ tournaments (excluding the National Titles & other State Opens etc) across NSW including; Sydney Metro, Illawarra, Central Coast, Hunter, Western and North Coast Regions.

The peak Judo NSW Tournaments for 2018 include the State Titles (7-8 April) and the Sydney International (23 Sep).

Over 45% of our tournaments will be regional events including Regional Opens in the Central Coast, Hunter, Western, and North Coast regions. To assist with regional development, Judo NSW is investing in another set of IJF tournament mats that will be available for transport to regional events.

Judo NSW will continue to invest in athlete development programs including; the Junior Development Squad, State Training Camps, and our annual Nationals Training Program.

In addition to the above, Judo NSW will also continue to lead in the areas of Gradings, Kata, NCAS Coaching, Referee, Special Needs, and Club development with a range of seminars and courses.

Naturally the 2018 calendar is subject to change on an ‘as needs’ basis so please keep an eye on our web calendar for updates and changes.
