Newaza Workshop
Judo NSW Training Centre Jamison Street, Newington, NSW, AustraliaUnder today’s Judo Shiai rules, you may only have five or ten seconds to escape a hold down technique before you lose a match. So, you must develop reactions to escape Newaza techniques. This workshop will help develop those reactions, as well as to discuss principles for you to build your Judo foundations.
